You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Credit System

FindNextLead operates on a credit-based system:

Credits are purchased through membership plans (monthly or annual)
Credits are consumed when accessing lead information
Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
Monthly membership credits reset each billing cycle
Annual membership credits are allocated on an annual basis
Unused credits expire at the end of the membership period

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from:

Using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
Interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers
Using automated systems or bots to access the Service

7. Billing and Payments

Membership subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
