Refund Policy

1. Overview

At FindNextLead, we strive to provide high-quality service to all our users. This Refund Policy explains our policies regarding refunds and cancellations for our membership subscriptions and credit purchases.

2. Consumer Right to Cancel (14-Day Period)

If you are a consumer purchasing for personal use, you have the right to cancel your subscription within 14 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason.

To exercise your cancellation right, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. You can do this by contacting us at support@findnextlead.com with your order details.

Exception: Your right to cancel does not apply to digital content (lead data, search results) that you have started to download, access, or otherwise acquire. By accessing any lead data or search results, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal.

3. General Refund Policy

Refunds are provided at the sole discretion of FindNextLead on a case-by-case basis and may be refused. We will refuse refund requests if we find evidence of:

  • Fraud or fraudulent activity
  • Refund abuse or manipulative behavior
  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Data has already been accessed or downloaded

This policy does not affect your rights as a consumer in relation to services which are not as described, faulty, or not fit for purpose.

4. Membership Subscriptions

4.1 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. We'll notify you if the price increases and, if required, seek your consent to continue. You'll be charged on the day your subscription period renews.

4.2 Cancellation

To cancel your subscription, contact us at support@findnextlead.com at least 48 hours before the end of your current billing period. Include your order number and the email address used for purchase.

Your cancellation will take effect at the next payment date. You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

4.3 No Refunds on Unused Periods

There are no refunds for unused subscription periods, including:

  • Partial months or years of service
  • Unused credits from the current billing period
  • Cancellations made during an active subscription

4.4 Free Trials

If you subscribe during a free trial period, you must cancel before the trial expires to avoid being charged. Contact us at support@findnextlead.com before the trial ends. If we cannot charge your payment method and you haven't cancelled, you remain responsible for any uncollected amounts.

5. Exceptions and Refund Eligibility

We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:

5.1 Technical Issues

If you experience significant technical problems that prevent you from using the service, and we are unable to resolve them within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

5.2 Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, we will promptly refund the incorrect amount.

5.3 Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same transaction due to a processing error, we will refund the duplicate charges.

5.4 Unauthorized Charges

If you believe a charge was made without your authorization, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and may issue a refund if the charge was indeed unauthorized.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@findnextlead.com
  2. Include your account email and transaction details
  3. Clearly explain the reason for your refund request
  4. Provide any relevant screenshots or documentation

We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

7. Effect of Cancellation and Refunds

If you cancel within the 14-day consumer right period (before accessing any data), we will reimburse all payments received from you.

We will process the reimbursement without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after we receive your cancellation notice.

Refunds will be issued using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

8. Subscription Management

9 You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Please note:

  • Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period
  • You will continue to have access until the period ends
  • No refunds are provided for the current billing period
  • Unused credits will expire when your subscription ends
  • You can reactivate your subscription at any time

10. Credit Expiration

Credits are subject to the following expiration policies:

  • Monthly subscription credits expire at the end of each monthly billing cycle
  • Annual subscription credits expire at the end of the annual subscription period
  • Unused credits cannot be refunded or carried over beyond their expiration date
  • We do not provide refunds for expired credits

8. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback with your payment provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All access to the service and data will be revoked
  • We may pursue the disputed amount and any associated fees
  • Your account may be permanently banned from the service

We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can work together to resolve any issues.

92 Free Trial and Promotional Credits

Free credits provided during promotions or sign-up offers:

  • Have no cash value and cannot be refunded
  • May have specific expiration dates
  • Are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged
  • May be revoked if terms of service are violated

10. Data Quality Guarantee

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, we cannot guarantee:

  • 100% accuracy of all contact information
  • That every email address will be deliverable
  • That individuals are currently employed at listed companies
  • Specific outcomes from using the data

Our data is sourced from publicly available information and is subject to change. We do not provide refunds based on data quality unless there is a systemic issue affecting multiple records.

13. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
